cotedo leads workshop for BMW Motorrad

“What could be the objectives for our team? Which objectives are realistic, and how can we reach them?“ The team Repair Engineering and Technical Documentation at BMW Motorrad were unsure about these and more questions. With the help of cotedo, all these questions could be answered in a two-day workshop in January 2018.

cotedo was responsible for both the workshop preparation and realisation. Under the skilful direction of Andreas Lemke, head of Project and Rollout Management at cotedo, the participants determined visions of the future alignment of their team. “After establishing the status quo, the participants were asked to illustrate where the road might take them, from their respective points of view. From these individual visions, we created a joint objective which was then undergirded with a set of measures to be taken“, describes Andreas Lemke.
