cotedo introduces consulting concept „Real Aftersales“ at BMW conference in Salzburg
We feel honoured: by invitation of BMW Austria, cotedo presented the consulting concept „Real Aftersales“ in front of more than 150 prominent visitors at the Aftersales Partner Conference at the end of March 2017. The first resulting enquiries have already arrived.
The concept „Real Aftersales“ was introduced to the directors and aftersales leaders of all dealerships of the BMW Group in Austria by Dennis Hartmann, cotedo’s Head of Aftersales Consulting: „Our analysis of the companies rests upon real conditions, as we effecticely find them in the workshop. Based on this “diagnosis”, we derive recommendations which aim at maximising the productivity and the efficiency of the service partner. Our focus is clearly on your core business: repairing vehicles!”
We are very pleased about the high esteem that is expressed in this invitation. Hundreds of service points were already able to benefit from our consulting concept. We are looking forward to also standing by the Austrian colleagues now, to optimise their service structures.
