Changes in a car dealership, such as a handover to the next generation, or new management roles in the case of an upcoming takeover, require more than just professional expertise. It is crucial that people gain the inner confidence to take on responsibility. Our experienced coaches help to unleash potential and strengthen leadership personalities.

Challenge: Handovers and management changes – a question of personality

A classic example from our practice: A dealership owner is preparing for his well-earned retirement. Succession has been organised – his daughter or son is to take over. But precisely because the family connection is so close, the business owner wants to do everything possible to ensure that the transition is a good one, professionally, emotionally and personally.

This is exactly where we come in. After all, leadership skills are not developed through knowledge alone, but through self-confidence and clarity about one's own strengths.

Solution: Uncovering potential, not standard results

Our coaches accompany (future) managers in their development. In contrast to training, where all participants deal with the same given content, in coaching we work with highly individualised questions. Each person brings their own issues to the table. Michael Schloßbauer, one of our most experienced coaches, describes it like this:

We don't conjure anything away. We bring out what has always been there. It's about uncovering potential. We create awareness so that people can focus on skills that were previously unseen.

Coaching means encouraging reflection, opening up new perspectives and also strengthening emotional skills such as self-regulation and empathy. This is because the reasons for insecurities or missed targets often lie deeper, and this is precisely where we start. The focus is always on the person, not on short-term results. After all, the right decisions and therefore the right results emerge from a strong personality.

By the way, our coachees do not need any prior knowledge or prepared answers. On the contrary: the process often begins with us taking a break from everyday life and practising pausing. Or as Michael Schloßbauer puts it:

I support you to get off the path and explore, to help you find the best version of yourself.

Result: Leadership personalities who can take on responsibility

The result is not a standardised action plan, but a stronger personality. This is because coachees gain clarity about themselves, about their abilities, values and how they deal with challenges.

Self-confidence does not just mean a confident demeanour, but above all an awareness of oneself. The result is not always directly measurable, but will not be long in coming and can be felt in the long term, in the form of confidence, inner strength and the ability to take responsibility. For the company. For the team. And for yourself.
