Unprofessional planning = unfavourable structures
Car dealerships should be planned by experts
OK, so a layman’s planning does not necessarily mean a car entrance is completely useless. However, what we do notice in our consulting sessions is that most architects have problems planning car dealerships, especially the aftersales area.
While the facade and the sales area might just pass off as supportable, the workshop is where an architect’s knowledge of car dealerships (or lack thereof) becomes apparent. Unfortunately the latter is what we see most, resulting in unfavourable building structures and costly subsequent alterations. Not for our customers: cotedo supports the planners with expert know-how, acts as a link between investors and architects, and also provides its own planning service. If required, we accompany a building project until the opening day and beyond.
